Our standard $119 delivery fee is WHITE GLOVE service to Green Bay, DePere, New Franken, Allouez,
Ashwaubenon, Bellevue, Hobart and Howard. We offer the same WHITE GLOVE service throughout
Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula for a nominal charge.
What does WHITE GLOVE service mean?
- Delivery and setup to your home-we work with your schedule, including night and weekend
availability
- All deliveries are made by our team, NOT a contracted service
- All items are inspected, assembled and put in place
- We remove all packaging
- Our team will wear shoe covers as necessary
- We offer to put felt pads on the feet of any furniture
Tips are not required although are certainly appreciated!
Delivery Preparation
- Please inform our sales associates if we will encounter any stairs, tight hallways, or if need to
use alternative entrances during delivery. It is your responsibility to measure and verify that
your furniture will fit safely into your home. If there is any question bring us measurements
and/or pictures of the location and we will happily assist.
- If we encounter a situation in which making the delivery could possibly damage the
furniture or your home we will offer two options:
- You will be asked to sign a damage waiver
- You will have the option of returning the item(s) and may be charged a
restocking fee. Any delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Ensure that the path inside and outside of your home is clear of debris, ice and snow
- Secure pets
- Rooms should be cleared to readily accept furniture
- Someone over the age of 18 must be present for the entirety of the delivery
In store Pickup
In stock items can be picked up the same day or you may schedule a pickup time with that works with
your schedule.
- Please notify our staff when you plan to pick up your items so that we can have them ready
when you arrive
- Bring all necessary items (straps and blankets) to protect and secure your purchases safely in
your vehicle. We are happy to provide twine as needed
- If you are unsure if the item will fit in your vehicle please give us a call, we would be happy to
assist you
